Ol’ Castle Fruit Brandies are great to drink on their own or use them to whip up delightful cocktails. Here are some brilliant recipes you can try.
Kiwi & Green Apple Spritz
45ml Kiwifruit Brandy
20ml Green apple syrup
20ml Lemon juice
120ml soda water
Pour all ingredients (except soda water) into highball glass filled with ice (stemless wine glass). Stir well and add soda water. Garnish with some kiwifruit wheels, lemon or apple slices.
Apple & Blueberry Pie
45ml Apple Pie Brandy
20ml Blueberry syrup
25ml Lemon juice
10ml Aquafaba (Chickpea Water) could be replaced with 1/2 egg white
Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake well. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with apple slices slightly sprinkled with cinnamon and mint tip.

45ml Plum Brandy
20ml Lemon juice
20ml Bar Pro Cherry Syrup
100ml Prosecco
Splash of soda
Pour all ingredients in to a highball glass, stir well and garnish with rose petals.
Apple Brandy Cocktail
45ml Apple Brandy
20ml Fresh lemon juice
20ml Bar Pro Green Apple syrup
70-100ml Remedy Kombucha
Shake with ice, dump into a cocktail glass and top up with cold kombucha. Garnish 3 thin slices of granny smith apple and mint tip.
